About the Role

As the Coordinator – Central Intake, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. 

You will:

  • Effective and efficient communication with immediate supervisor written and orally 100% of the time.
  • Ensure all walk-in clients are assessed for immediate needs and triaged appropriately.
  • Communication of wait time to clients if wait time will be greater than one hour.
  • Maintains contact with all Meridian offices related to clients seeking biopsychosocial evaluations using the Centralized Intake Channel.
  • Serves as a liaison between walk in clients and clinical staff.

    What We're Looking For

    • 2 years working directly with community intake processes, working a front-line high-pressure role.
    • This may include experience in working in an office setting, scheduling, working on an electronic medical records (EMR) program, medical scheduling.
    • High school diploma or GED Equivalent
