About the Role

As a Credentialing Specialist you will:

• Maintain licensing, credentialing, and insurance records for staff and facility.
• Research and stay current on state and federal regulations and policies.
• Release information to agencies and respond to public inquiries as required by law.
• Develop and improve internal credentialing processes.
• Track license and credential expiration dates; notify staff of renewal deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies.
• Manage credentialing for Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers within strict deadlines.
• Maintain payer fee schedules and update coding/billing policies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• High School diploma, general education degree or two years related healthcare and/or business administration.
