About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will:

  • Provide Executive and Board support, including managing and prioritizing executive calendars, correspondence, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Prepare briefings, talking points, presentations, reports, and proposals for the President/CEO.
  • Attend meetings as assigned and accurately document minutes for timely distribution and record retention.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up for Board, committee, Executive, and key-staff meetings.
  • Maintain, safeguard, and manage corporate, Board, and Executive records, including archival files.
  • Serve as a visible representative of Meridian in the community, at events, forums, and with key stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts and agreements, including tracking renewals, revisions, deadlines, and document execution.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters discreetly and in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Provide occasional front desk coverage during absences, high-volume periods, or operational needs.


    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience providing administrative or executive-level support to upper-level management or senior executives and preferably, Boards of Directors.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
    • Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
