    About the Role

    As a Program Manager you will:

    • Provide oversight and leadership of the Jail Based Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Grant Program.
    • Supervise and monitor program operations, implementation, grant compliance, and reporting.
    • Serve as a program advocate with the Sheriff, in the community, other law enforcement, and key stakeholders.
    • Provide specialized, evidence-based training to program staff, law enforcement, first responders, and community stakeholders.
    • Direct and supervise outpatient clinic operations in assigned counties.
    • Ensure that the Jail Based Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Grant Program meets and exceeds all contract performance indicators and legal regulatory requirements, taking corrective action where necessary.
    • Implement and monitor fidelity to appropriate evidence-based and best practices in the clinics.
    • Develop and implement clinical pathways in substance abuse services, based on diagnosis and related social determinants.
    • Work cooperatively with internal and external referral sources to facilitate access to services and support coordinated care.
    • Oversee program performance on budgeted revenue, expenses, and productivity.
    • Develop and/or maintain program-specific procedure manuals, in conformance with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Monitor compliance with documentation standards via the compliance and peer review auditing process.
    • Ensure that staff within the assigned clinics meet all training requirements in a timely manner.
    • Develop QI initiatives and address and resolve client concerns/grievances.
    • Collaborate with the other department to implement workflows and process improvements in clinic operations related to access, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
    • Assist with strategic planning, including developing and presenting ideas for new or enhanced services, grant applications, and interagency collaborations.
    • Participate in the development/modification of organization-wide procedures and forms as requested.
    • Provide clinical supervision of license-seeking interns as needed.
    • Engage in consultation, outreach, collaboration, and education with other community stakeholders.
    • Perform other duties as required to meet program and departmental goals and objectives.

    What We're Looking For

    • Master's or doctoral level mental health or substance abuse professional.
    • Three years of clinical leadership experience.
    • Current licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (or equivalent) required.
