About the Role

AS a Children's Outpatient Manager you will:

  • Supervise and support clinicians to ensure high-quality, best-practice clinical care.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary staff-including psychiatrists, APRNs, and care coordinators-to support coordinated treatment for each child.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with school personnel at assigned school sites.
  • Actively participate in school-related committees, meetings, and workgroups to strengthen collaborative partnerships.
  • Ensure services align with organizational standards and meet program goals.
  • 1. Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the team.

    2. Hire, train, and supervise program staff, including completing performance reviews.

    3. Manage school-based services in assigned counties.

    4. Implement technology-based modality enhancement.

    5. Oversee use of best practices, including artificial intelligence in treatment program documentation

    6. Complete required reports.

    7. Facilitate staff team meetings.

    8. Involvement with academic institutions with intern and practicum placements.

    9. Coordinate admission wit Meridian's Access/Central Intake department and schools.

    10. Provide clinical supervision to team members.

    11. Provide direct clinical services as needed.

    12. Ensure provision of services that are welcoming, family-centered, developmentally appropriate and evidence-based.

    13. Review and monitor documentation for timeliness and quality.

    14. Ensure program staff meets required client impact service hours.

Supervision
This position operates under the direct supervision of a Vice President.

What We're Looking For

Active Florida license (Psychologist, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Requires minimum 3 years related managerial experience in mental health, substance abuse and or health related field

Driver Requirement:

Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements.
