Position Title: Mobile Response Team Overnight Clinician
Location: Columbia, Suwannee, Hamilton, LaFayette, Baker, Bradford,
Union, Dixie, Levy and Gilchrist counties
Department: Access and Admissions Reports to: VP of Access & Admissions
Pay: Unlicensed $50,872.50 (+$5000.00 additive for community-based services)
Licensed: $66,187.80 (0-3 years), $68,394.06 (3-6 years), $71,703.45 (6+ years)
Shift Differential: This extra pay is a percentage added to the regular hourly rate, based on the schedule below:
Monday to Friday:
· 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM ? 7.5% extra
· 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM ? 10% extra
Saturday and Sunday:
· 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ? 5% extra
· 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM ? 12.5% extra
· 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM ? 15% extra
To qualify for shift differential pay, employees must work more than 4 hours during one of these time blocks
Qualified supervision to obtain state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) provided by Meridian.

Position Summary:
All overnight Clinicians will respond with a Care Coordinator or Peer Specialist to crisis calls 24/7 on a rotating schedule. Provide an in-person response to all calls meeting the clinical threshold within 60 minutes after prioritization. While in-person responses may be provided via telehealth, teams are expected to respond to the location where the crisis is occurring when determined safe.
Conduct crisis de-escalation, risk assessment and safety planning with 100% of clients seeking services. MRT staff will coordinate in-person services with law enforcement to provide added safety when necessary. MRT Clinicians will provide the linkage and continuum of care including completing the Biopsychosocial, MRT Initial Assessment and all required enrollment documentation to access services. Clinicians will keep in contact and supportive interaction with the Clients as needed until a warm hand-off to the next level of care can be reached.
Clinicians work with a Care Coordinator and Peer to ensure appropriate services are assessed and provided while maintaining constant contact with the Client until a warm handoff is completed. A warm handoff includes ensuring the Client is received to the next level of care and is sure of the next steps to ensure Client's needs are met.
Who are we looking for? (Minimum Qualifications)
A master's degree from an accredited university or college with a major in social work, counseling, psychology or related human services field.
· LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist
· At least one year of related experience
· Training in the treatment of behavioral health disorders, human growth and development, evaluations, assignments, treatment planning, basic counseling and behavior management interventions, case management, clinical record documentation, psychopharmacology, abuse regulations, and recipient rights.
· Knowledge of the Baker Act is preferred.
· Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements
· Drivers Requirement:
· Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements. To qualify as a Center Driver, the candidate must at least 21 years of age and have an active Florida Driver's license. Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed for eligibility. No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the past 3 years and no major violations during the past 5 years.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Employee de-escalation crisis strategies to calm and de-stress individuals experiencing suicidal ideations or expressing threats of harm to others. Provide emotional support and validation during a crisis; helping individuals feel heard and understood. Conduct a thorough assessment to understand
the nature and severity of the crisis, as well as identifying any safety risks. Collaborate with the individual and family (if applicable) to develop a safety plan to manage the crisis and prevent future incidents. Connect individuals with appropriate mental health services, support groups and other community resources. Ensure that the individual receives ongoing support and follow-up care, including medication management and therapy.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
