Position Title: Program Evaluator
Location: Gainesville, FL
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annual | Exempt

    • Ability to perform data collection of various types from multiple sources.
    • Ability to review and analyze data, summarizing findings and making recommendations for leadership.
    • Prepare written reports and visual presentations on program performance and quality indicators.
    • Consult with agency staff and management to develop continuous quality improvement metrics and measurement processes.
    • Review client records to use documentation in program performance evaluation process.
    • Performs other duties as required to meet program and departmental goals and objectives.

    Who are we looking for? 

    • Bachelor's degree with at least two years experience in: program evaluation, outcomes management, or data analysis in healthcare environment required.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Experience in data collection preferred.
    • Ability to prepare written reports and professional presentations.
    • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records preferred.
