Position Title: Program Manager Mobile Response Team

Salary: $78,183 - $83,538/Annually | Exempt

- Receives and responds to calls from the Mobile Response Team, coordinates activities of others to assure response within one hour or less.
- Responds to crisis situations, conducts risk assessments, and completes safety planning with individuals in crisis.
- Develop safety standards for mobile response team including memorandums of understanding with all law enforcement agencies, the school board, and other participating agencies.
- Assures the warm handoff of clients to appropriate agencies or services in the community including transportation, assisting with completing consent to treatment, release of information, and attendance at initial sessions.
- Provides supervision and clinical training
- Meets with staff through individual and group meetings in analyzing case management problems and in improving their diagnostic and clinical counseling skills.
- Ensures the proper tracking of data and statistical information related to the mobile response program.
- Provides clinical therapy and counseling to individuals, couples and families.
- Provides after-hours on-call supervision and response.
- Provides counseling services telephonically, through telehealth and face-to-face
- Informs community organizations of the mobile response team services available.
- Collaborates with local agencies including law enforcement and the schools to develop and implement community-wide strategies related to on scene response.
- Coordinates and assists with implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Participates in a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training with law enforcement
- Comply with Meridian's policies and procedures.
- Complete electronic documentation in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as required to meet program and departmental goals and objectives.
Who are we looking for?
Licensure in mental health, social work marriage and family counseling or any related mental health field is required.
