  • Oversees data entry into various applications, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Complete reports inclusive of qualitative and quantitative data as required by Grant and/or agency needs.
  • Runs reports in various applications, including Business Intelligence, and Microsoft Excel to monitor and prepare data to be used in evaluation of program performance.
  • Table outreach events. Provide monitoring of youth/children when requested by parents during parent's involvement, engagement, discussion, and applications/processes for resources/entitlements.
  • Assist with and provide service as outlined in the development of the community Outreach Plan of Action to assist in meeting deliverables of grant.
  • Links citizens with services for children or special needs citizens and resources identified in the Community Plan.
  • Maintain contact with all staff/agencies providing services to monitor clients' progress and assess appropriateness of services.
  • Serves as a resource to citizens with services for children or citizens with special needs and other community agencies.

Who are we looking for?

   
Master's degree in human services related field.

    • Two years' experience in administrative services at a behavioral health agency preferred.
    • Experience in data collection oversight and reporting are highly preferred.
    • Competency in/with technology applications and Microsoft Office.

    Drivers Requirement:

    Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements.

    In order to qualify as a Center Driver, the candidate must have an active Florida Driver's license. Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed for eligibility. No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the past 3 years and no major violations during the past 5 years.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    Specific competencies required are identified on a department/program specific basis and identified in each employee's Competency Checklist. The following are general and apply to all positions with this title.

    Language Skills:

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

    Mathematical Skills:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
