Position Title: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Psych Certified
Location: Lake City, FL
Salary: $120,000 – $154,438.20 Annually | Exempt

The APRN provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for clients in a variety of settings, including clinic, telehealth, home, and community environments. This role works closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Perform psychiatric evaluations, treatment, and medication management
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and follow approved ARNP protocols
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (clinicians, care coordinators, peer specialists)
• Coordinate referrals and diagnostic testing as needed
• Educate clients and families on diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records
• Support infection control and safety standards
• Engage with community partners and resources

• BSN and active Florida APRN license
• Required: Psychiatric Certification
• Experience in mental health or community-based care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
