What You'll Do

Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and maintain clinical documentation
Support clients in the early stages of recovery within a structured treatment environment

Compensation & Incentives

Unlicensed Clinicians: $24.46/hr (plus applicable program-specific incentives, including community-based additives for eligible positions)
Licensed Clinicians: $66,000–$71,000+ annually (based on years licensed)
Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000–$5,000 available for select programs and locations
Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in a behavioral health field
Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred
Experience with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders preferred
