Location: Gainesville, FL

Compensation & Bonuses:

  • Unlicensed: $24.46/hr (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
  • Licensed: $66K-$71K+ (based on experience)
  • Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000-$5,000 after 30 days for select outpatient programs
  • Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure

About the Role

As a Clinician, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery and wellness. You'll provide evidence-based therapeutic services, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.

What You Will Do:

  • Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for assigned clients within 24 hours of admission to identify treatment needs and support timely care planning.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders, helping clients develop coping skills, support recovery goals, and achieve lasting behavioral change.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including client histories, progress notes, treatment records, and all required reports in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans within seven (7) days of admission, utilizing clinical assessments, evidence-based practices, client history, and collaborative goal setting.
  • Monitor, review, and evaluate client progress toward established treatment goals and objectives, updating treatment plans as needed to support continued growth and recovery.
  • Conduct client interviews, review records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to assess mental and physical health needs and determine appropriate treatment recommendations and program placement.
  • Serve as a client advocate and provide crisis intervention services when needed, helping to address urgent concerns, resolve barriers to care, and ensure client safety and well-being.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field
  • Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred
  • Experience with mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis
