About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the employee experience across the organization. You'll partner with leaders and employees to deliver HR programs and services, including onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for a people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture where employees can grow, succeed, and make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Generalist, you’ll support a wide range of HR functions, including:

  • Managing workers’ compensation cases and OSHA compliance reporting
  • Administering leave programs (FMLA, LOA, ADA accommodations)
  • Coordinating new hire onboarding and HRIS data management
  • Overseeing background screenings and compliance processes
  • Ensuring I-9 & E-Verify compliance
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR audits
  • Supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, and engagement efforts
  • Providing cross-functional HR support including payroll, benefits, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, or compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to employee support
