Compensation

Master's Level (Unlicensed):

  • $50,872.50 annually
  • +$5,000 Community-Based Services Additive
  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist):

  • 0-3 years: $66,187.80
  • 3-6 years: $68,394.06
  • 6+ years: $71,703.45
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift Differentials Available for qualifying overnight schedules.

What You'll Do

As an MRT Clinician, you'll:

  • Respond to behavioral health crisis calls alongside Care Coordinators and Peer Specialists
  • Conduct crisis assessments, de-escalation, safety planning, and risk evaluations
  • Provide in-person crisis response within established timeframes
  • Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary for safety
  • Connect clients to services and resources through a seamless "warm handoff"
  • Support individuals and families through difficult moments while helping guide them toward recovery

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
  • At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
  • Valid Florida Driver's License with acceptable driving record

Preferred:

  • Florida Licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Knowledge of the Baker Act
  • Experience with crisis intervention and behavioral health treatment
