Compensation
Master's Level (Unlicensed):
- $50,872.50 annually
- +$5,000 Community-Based Services Additive
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist):
- 0-3 years: $66,187.80
- 3-6 years: $68,394.06
- 6+ years: $71,703.45
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Shift Differentials Available for qualifying overnight schedules.

What You'll Do
As an MRT Clinician, you'll:
- Respond to behavioral health crisis calls alongside Care Coordinators and Peer Specialists
- Conduct crisis assessments, de-escalation, safety planning, and risk evaluations
- Provide in-person crisis response within established timeframes
- Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary for safety
- Connect clients to services and resources through a seamless "warm handoff"
- Support individuals and families through difficult moments while helping guide them toward recovery
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Preferred:
- Florida Licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Knowledge of the Baker Act
- Experience with crisis intervention and behavioral health treatment
