About the Role

As a Custodian, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will:

• Perform cleaning in one or more Center buildings
• Maintain adequate inventory of janitorial supplies such as cleaner, paper goods, etc.
• Perform custodial functions such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning lavatories and equipment, etc
• Ensure all required safety standards are in accordance with CARF requirements

What We're Looking For

• Cleaning experience in commercial and custodial settings
• Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and janitorial practices
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standard
