- Treatment Programs will achieve or exceed contracted and dashboard outcome targets (including readmission rates and aftercare follow-up) for clinical improvement as well as other metrics developed in conjunction with the President.
- Treatment Programs will achieve or exceed contracted outcome targets for perception and quality of care.
- Grow and develop Methadone (and all forms of MA1) clinics in the region, consistent with the DCF Needs Assessment and 65D-30 (Putnam I Suwannee I Marion counties as well as mobile Methadone in reach to the jails).
- Promote and Advance Primary Care Clinics in support of medical needs for the clients we serve.
- Expand Ou atient Psychiatry both as a center of excellence and in size and scope to meet the needs of our community.
- Treatment will be provided at the most appropriate level of care and internal UM will ensure timely discharge or transition between levels of care
- Ensure that staff meet training and performance requirement
- Works with IS to develop program specific dashboards for management and performance for each program/department.
Who are we looking for? (Minimum Qualifications)
- Master's degree in field specific to area managed or equivalent years of experience required.
- Must be a licensed behavioral health professional in the State of Florida
- Five years progressively higher-level management experience.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in area managed in a medium to large scale medical or behavioral health environment.
- Experience creating a growing fast-paced health and wellness focused professional services practice.
- Awareness and sensitivity to the operational needs, costs, and environmental needs of a behavioral health facility.
