- Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance to the CRS team, including answering phones, responding to e-mails, managing team sites, and managing program records.

- Program Operations: Support the day-to-day operations of the CRS program, including preparing reports, tracking program outcomes, and maintaining program materials.

-Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including electronic health records (EHRs) and program databases.

- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.

- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines, organizational policies, and relevant laws and regulations.

- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the CRS Program Director to support program operations and patient care.

    Who are we looking for? 

    - High School diploma and 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative or clerical.

    - Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    - Experience as a secretary, program assistant, administrative assistant or similar experience.

    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

    - Integrity and professionalism.

    - Desire to develop professionally.

    Drivers Requirement:

    Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements.

    In order to qualify as a Center Driver, the candidate must be at least 21 years of age and have an active Florida Driver's license. Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed for eligibility. No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the past 3 years and no major violations during the past 5 years.
