They will help to ensure that veteran that veterans are connected to the services which will assist in successful housing placement. The Housing Navigator supports the Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program’s efforts through landlord engagement, retention, and collaboration with other housing agencies. In this capacity, the Housing Navigator will provide landlord outreach and engagement services to develop a full range of permanent housing opportunities for homeless veterans.
