About the Role

• Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the Community Action Team program and team.
• Supervise/coordinate service delivery, supervise professional and paraprofessional staff and staff activities and perform related supervisory duties.
• Participate in the hiring, performance appraisal, and discipline of staff under his/her supervision.
• Monitor progress toward program goals/objectives, monitor records and documentation required for the daily operations of the facility/programs.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients as needed, ensure that staff meets training standards and maintains compliance with all training requirements.
• Supervise Electronic Medical Records management, carry out and document quality-assurance activities.
• Develop and maintain program policies/procedures, initiate/maintain relationships and act as a liaison within program and community.

What We're Looking For

• A Licensed Mental Health professional (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) with at least 3 years' experience working with people who have substance use and/or co-occurring disorders and a background in family systems therapy is preferred. 
• Florida licensed in one of the mental health disciplines with experience working with co-occurring disorders strongly preferred. 
• A Certified Addictions Professional with a master's degree and five years of experience or master's degree level in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field with five years' experience with target population will be considered.
• The applicant must have excellent understanding of the CAT model. Experience with Excel needed.
• Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements.
