Position Summary:
This role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of mail, office supplies, and other materials between departments and across all Meridian locations. The position involves regular commuting between sites, ensuring smooth logistical operations, and maintaining company vehicles. Additionally, the role includes occasional local transportation of clients to and from approved Center activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mail, packages, and office supplies to various departments and Meridian locations.
• Pick up and transport items between sites as needed.
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of company vehicles.
• Provide local transportation for clients attending approved Center activities.
• Maintain delivery logs and ensure timely reporting of any issues.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team to support operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry packages and supplies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor, especially when interacting with clients.
• Familiarity with local routes and Meridian locations is a plus.

In order to qualify as a Center Driver, the candidate must at least 21 years of age and have an active Florida Driver's license. Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed for eligibility. No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the past 3 years and no major violations during the past 5 years. Drivers over 65 years old must provide a current doctor's note stating they have no driving limitations.
