This position involves routine manual work performing custodial and basic maintenance tasks to ensure Center facilities and grounds remain clean, orderly, and safe. Working under general supervision, the Custodian completes a wide range of cleaning and upkeep duties that support daily operations across the organization. Work is evaluated through regular inspections, reports, and observations. The role may involve potential exposure to blood and body fluids, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when performing certain tasks.
