• Directs and supervises transitions group home operations in assigned counties.
• Supervises the activities of a staff of Recovery Specialists and assigned clinical and support staff.
• Responsible to assure that the transition programs under his/her supervision meet and exceed all contract performance indicators and legal regulatory requirements, taking corrective action in those areas that are below the standard.
• Implements and monitors fidelity to appropriate evidence-based and best practices in the clinics.
• Oversees management of facility and program, including client care and services, staffing, internal and external program requirements, program activities, and facility management.
• Works cooperatively with internal and external referral sources to facilitate access to services and support coordinated care.
• Serve as program and client advocate, consultant, and liaison with community agencies to ensure continuity of care.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in psychology, counseling, social work, rehabilitation or a human service field.
• Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements. This position requires driving abilities to meetings/other Meridian locations/trainings as needed.
