health community since the 1960's. Since that time, we've expanded to 13 counties in
North Central Florida. We us a multidisciplinary approach to treating to those facing
mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

Who are we looking for? (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor's required Masters preferred.
Five years progressively higher-level management experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in area managed in a medium to large scale medical or behavioral health environment.
Awareness and sensitivity to the operational needs, costs and environmental needs of a behavioral health facility.
Interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to negotiate effectively with managements, contractors, funding sources, and consumers.
