Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ocala, FL, 
Salary: $16.22|Hr. | Non-Exempt

    North Central Florida. We us a multidisciplinary approach to treating to those facing

    mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

    Receive and route incoming phone calls to appropriate staff. Assist callers with requests when possible.

    . Receive and distribute incoming mail to appropriate department staff. Notify appropriate staff of visitors to the lobby.

    . Maintain a positive, proactive customer service approach through cooperation and communication within the department and other departments/programs within the organization.

    . Maintain stock of office supplies for clerical/support assistance.

    . Maintain and update the calendars of the FACT team providers

    . Process Advancement staff reimbursements for travel, monthly expenses, and other documents related to the Fiscal Office.

    . Process business card orders for all Meridian staff.

    . Maintain and update group email list for e-communications.

    . Assist with creating brochures and flyers with Development department for Marketing and Communications.

    . Assist with special events by creating invite lists using Word and Excel, printing labels, tracking rsvp’s, registering for out of town staff events and hotel accommodations

     . Attend and assist with special event logistics as needed.

    Who are we looking for? (Minimum Qualifications) 

    Two years’ experience in a similar position or associate degree or bachelor’s degree and one-year related experience. Experience in a marketing or public relations environment a plus.
