Position Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: Gainesville, FL 

Salary:$18.00 |Non-Exempt

North Central Florida. We us a multidisciplinary approach to treating to those facing

mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Accounts Payable

· Ability to reconcile vendor statements on a rotating monthly basis.

· Issue on time bill payments to vendors

· Ensure quality of bill and invoice submittals

· Qualify new vendors

· Follow up with vendors as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Proficient in the use of a financial accounting system using the accounts payable module. Working with MIP a plus.

· Experience in setting up vendors. Collecting W9s. Entering invoices with proper period dates

· Excel and Word experience at least at a basic level

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Telephone skills

· Typing

· Documentation skills

· Verbal communication

· Written communication

· Dependability

· Able to work under pressure.

· Highly organized

· Team player

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidate with experience in working in accounts payable. Working in healthcare a plus. Associates degree in accounting a plus.
