Position Title: Addictions Medicine Physician
Location: Lake City, FL; Palatka, FL
Rate Of Pay: $210,000 | Exempt - Depending on experience, education and/or qualifications

health community since the 1960's. Since that time, we've expanded to 13 counties in
North Central Florida. We use a multidisciplinary approach to treating to those facing
mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

Who are we looking for?
An M.D. degree from an accredited medical school, with completion of family medicine or internal medicine residency in an approved program and 3 years of previous medical experience or equivalent.
· Must possess license to practice medicine in the State of Florida.
· Must have knowledge of community mental health and substance use programs, services, and practices as well as practical experience in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of medical and substance related illnesses in the context of psychiatric illnesses.
· ** Must be able to type at least 27 wpm on prescreen assessment and score at least 65% on general assessment.
· Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements.
