About the Role 

As the Senior Vice President of Organizational Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will: 

  • Lead enterprise-wide quality improvement initiatives to foster a culture of excellence and accountability. 
  • Oversee risk management strategies to ensure safety, compliance, and proactive mitigation. 
  • Direct the medical records department, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity. 
  • Guide marketing and communications to elevate brand visibility and community engagement. 
  • Manage facilities operations to maintain safe, welcoming environments for clients and staff. 
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, policy development, and performance metrics. 
  • Serve as a thought leader and change agent, championing innovation and operational best practices. 

What We're Looking For 

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health or healthcare. 
  • Proven expertise in quality improvement and risk management. 
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards (CARF or Joint Commission). 
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and team leadership skills. 
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable outcomes.
